Human resources policy
The human resources policy of InVivo NSA is based on three key values: respect for men and women, solidarity and equity. For the Human Resources division, people are at the core of a long-term strategy designed to maintain close relations between InVivo NSA and its partners and employees and thus to reconcile economic performance with social responsibility.
Respect
Respect for oneself and for others: the Human Resources division sees both these principles as essential to a harmonious working environment. It therefore seeks to promote responsible behaviour among all employees, both in-house and in relation to members and customers.
Plurality

Equity
To make equity a reality for all employees, Human Resources implements transparent operating procedures. This transparency is guaranteed throughout the working life of employees: in recruitment, access to training, remuneration, mobility, working time, individual performance appraisals, etc.
